What it is
The Sunseeker X7 Gen 2 is a wire-free AWD robot mower sold by Sunseeker North America on its US store. This listing is the 0.75-acre model only: Shopify variant 67587699769661, product id 15396832313661, a single Default Title variant. The store does not publish a SKU or barcode for it.
It is not the earlier X7 on the same store (orion-x7-robotic-lawn-mower, SKU ORIONX7), which was $2,699.99 and unavailable on 4 Oct 2026. It is also not the X7 Plus Gen 2. The spec table on this page rates the Plus for up to 1.5 acres at $3,299, with the 4G-GPS anti-theft module included. This Gen 2 was $2,599 (sold out on 16 Oct 2026), and that module is optional.
From the official US spec table (4 Oct 2026), shared with the Plus except where the table splits them:
- Rated mowing area: up to 0.75 acre of mowable grass
- Navigation: AONavi (RTK + VSLAM 2.0); vision: Vision AI 2.0, day and night; cameras: binocular + iToF

- Cutting height: 0.8–4.0 in, app-adjustable; cutting width: 14 in, dual disc; blades: 6 × 2; blade speed: 2,600 / 2,800 RPM; cutting speed: max 1 mph
- Battery: 10 Ah (no voltage is published)
- Waterproof: IPX5; noise: 60 dB(A)
- Mowing zones: no limit
- Connectivity on this model: Wi-Fi / Bluetooth (the Plus row adds 4G)
- 4G-GPS anti-theft module: optional on Gen 2, included on Plus
- Night mode with night vision, LED headlight, rain sensor, LCD, Alexa / Google Home, OTA updates, brush kit included
coverageAcres is that 0.75 acre rated mowing area, not a daily rate. The FAQ says to measure grass, not the whole property, and that actual capacity depends on layout, conditions and schedule.
Who it’s for
This fits a lawn whose mowable grass is within 0.75 acre, with slopes, tree cover, or more than one mowing area, and where you want virtual boundaries instead of buried wire. Sunseeker pairs RTK with VSLAM 2.0 so the mower can keep working when trees or buildings change satellite reception. Three independently driven wheels are rated for slopes up to 70% (35°).
Plan the install before you buy. There is no boundary wire, but the FAQ says you still complete mapping and a positioning setup, and that you need suitable places for the charging station and positioning equipment. The published included list does not show a reference station (see conflicts below). The 4G-GPS tracker is not in this cart. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are the connectivity row for this model.
Skip it if the grass area is closer to 1.5 acres and you want 4G in the box: that is the X7 Plus Gen 2 at $3,299 on the same page, not this variant. Skip it if you need a published weight or a separate boundary-slope number. Neither is on the spec table. No weight is published, so weightLbs is omitted.
Standout details
- Cut: floating dual discs, 14-inch total width, six blades on each disc, app height 0.8–4.0 in. Feature copy says the discs spin at 2,600 or 2,800 RPM. The page says some edges may still need trimming, depending on whether the lawn meets a flush hard surface or a wall, fence, raised border or drop.
- Drive and slope: spec table AWD + rear steering wheel, 70% / 35°. The same page’s comparison block says AWD, rear active steering. Feature copy says the rear wheel steers through turns to reduce turf disturbance, and that front suspension helps on uneven ground. The slope FAQ calls 70% the maximum capability, not a boundary-placement limit, and says to follow the manual near boundaries, drops or water. No separate boundary-slope percent is published, so
slopePercentis 70. - Navigation and sensing: RTK + VSLAM 2.0, binocular cameras, iToF, and a 10 TOPS processor for perception. Night mode is listed. Cliff sensing is described as support for stopping at drops. Obstacle detection is stated to vary with the object and the conditions. The page says to keep people and animals clear.
- Zones and app: spec table says no limit on mowing zones. The app is described for virtual boundaries, schedules, cutting height, spot cutting, and return modes. Alexa and Google Home are marked on the spec table.
- Battery and weather: 10 Ah. No runtime or charge-time figure is in the spec table, so none is stated here. IPX5. Rain sensor is marked. Noise 60 dB(A).
- In the box (page list): robotic lawn mower ×1, charging station ×1, charger for the charging station ×1, spare blades ×24, spare screws ×24, nails for the charging station ×8, clean brush ×1, quick start guide ×1, instruction manual ×1. The diagram labels the mower as X7 / X7 Plus Gen 2. No 4G module and no RTK reference station are on that list.
- Purchase terms on this date: cart $2,599, no compare-at, in stock on 4 Oct 2026; sold out on 16 Oct 2026 (cart refused, Offer OutOfStock). 2-year warranty. Returns: 30 days and unopened only, unless the unit is faulty or incorrect. Shipping policy: contiguous United States only (not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam), estimated 5–8 business days. The policy table lists standard shipping at $15.99 and free shipping on orders over $99. The cart total does not include tax or shipping.
Page conflicts (the spec table is used for the fields above):
- Suspension: the spec table cell is Front wheel. Feature copy says front suspension, and one gallery tile says independent suspension. The listing does not turn that tile into a spec.
- 4G: a feature row shows a 4G-GPS tile next to IPX5 and 60 dB(A). The spec table and the FAQ say the module is optional on Gen 2 and included on Plus. Optional is what this listing uses.
- Positioning hardware: the FAQ says installation still needs charging-station and positioning-equipment placement. The included-equipment list has the charging station and charger, and does not show a reference station or antenna. This listing does not guess whether that equipment is built in, omitted from the diagram, or sold separately.
- Brush: spec table says brush kit included; the box list says clean brush ×1. Treated as the same included brush.
- Shipping: the product area and footer advertise free shipping. The shipping policy also prints a $15.99 standard line, then free over $99. Cart proof excludes tax and shipping either way.

Honest verdict
At $2,599 with no compare-at (sold out on 16 Oct 2026), the X7 Gen 2 is the smaller of the two new AWD models: up to 0.75 acre of mowable grass, RTK + VSLAM, a 14-inch dual-disc cut, and a 70% (35°) slope rating, with no boundary wire. What you still give up is the acre cap, the positioning setup, and 4G.
The FAQ still tells you to place positioning equipment, and the included list does not show a reference station. 4G-GPS anti-theft is optional on this variant. The same page prices X7 Plus Gen 2 at $3,299 for up to 1.5 acres with that module included. Buy this Gen 2 if the grass area is inside 0.75 acre and you do not need 4G in the box. The return window is 30 days and unopened, unless the mower is faulty or incorrect.
