What it is
The Sunseeker V3 is a wire-free robot mower that navigates by camera, sold on Sunseeker’s official US store, shopsunseekertech.com, under the name “V3 Wireless AI Robot Lawn Mower for Small Yards | ReadyGo”. This listing is Shopify product 9845335851325, variant 49970131894589, SKU SKRMV3.
Navigation is Vision AI using a dual-lens 3D camera. Sunseeker says the mower reads clear lawn edges, recognizes more than 200 obstacle types, and adjusts its steering within 3 seconds. There’s no boundary wire and no RTK base station. For open or unclear edges, the V3 uses magnetic strips, and two come in the box. You draw virtual boundaries, no-go zones and channels in the app, and Sunseeker’s “ReadyGo” pitch is plug in, press start, and mow.
In the box (from the official “What’s in the box?” image on the US page):
- the robotic lawn mower and a charging station
- a charger
- 2 magnetic strips, 2 magnetic tags, 4 magnetic strip connectors and 20 magnetic strip pegs
- 12 nails
- blades ×3+6 and screws ×3+6
- manuals
Who it’s for
Owners of small, simple lawns up to 0.15 acre with clear edges and straightforward layouts. That’s how Sunseeker itself describes the V3, and it lists “large lawns (above 0.15 acre)” and “slopes too steep” as poor fits. The 42% (22°) slope rating is generous for this class, and the mower handles up to 100 zones.
Look elsewhere if your lawn is bigger than 0.15 acre, has soft or blurry edges you don’t want to mark with magnetic strips, or needs mowing after dark. Sunseeker recommends daylight use and a lawn kept clear of toys, branches and debris.
Standout details
- Coverage: up to 0.15 acre.
- Navigation: Vision AI with a dual-lens 3D camera; recognizes more than 200 obstacles; virtual boundaries, no-go zones and channels; magnetic strips for unclear edges.
- Slope: 42% (22°).
- Cut: single floating cutting disc that follows the lawn’s contour; cutting height is adjustable. The US page doesn’t give the cutting width or height range.
- Noise and weather: 55 dB(A), IPX5, automatic rain detection, auto recharge, OTA updates.
- Zones and app: up to 100 zones, one-click start, schedules and maintenance alerts in the Sunseeker app.
- Not published on the US page: cutting width, cutting height range, weight, battery capacity, run time and drive layout. They’re left out rather than taken from other sources.
Page conflicts: The in-the-box image shows a “2+1 years / 3 Years Warranty” badge, while the store banners say “2-Year Warranty”. The buy box compare-at is $999.99, but the cost calculator gives an MSRP of $999. On 13 Oct 2026 the same store’s product data had the V3 at $599.99, so this sale price changes from week to week.

Honest verdict
For a small lawn with clear edges, the V3 does the job at $799.99. You get camera navigation with no wire or antenna, a 42% slope rating, 55 dB operation and 100 zones, and magnetic strips are included for the tricky edges. It isn’t the cheapest small-yard option we list:
- The roboup-raccoon-2-se is also vision-only and rated 0.15 acre, for $579, but it climbs only 36%.
- The anthbot-genie costs $699, also covers 0.15 acre, and adds RTK + vision with a 45% rating.
- The camera-only eufy-e15 covers a bit more (0.2 acre) but lists at $1,799.99 and is rated for slopes under 18°.
The limits are the 0.15-acre rating, a camera system Sunseeker recommends for daylight and tidy lawns, and a US page with no cutting width, height range, weight or battery figures. The sale price also moves: it was $599.99 two days earlier. Buy it if your lawn is small, simple and sloped. Wait for a lower price if you’re not in a hurry, and choose the Raccoon 2 SE if price matters most.
