Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 3000

The 3000 is the mid-size LUBA 3 — 0.75-acre rating, Tri-Fusion with NetRTK via iNavi, and AWD for 80% slopes — not the 0.37-acre 1500 and not the 1.25-acre 5000.

What it is

LUBA 3 AWD is Mammotion’s 2026 all-wheel-drive robot mower. Navigation is Tri-Fusion: 360° LiDAR, dual-camera AI vision, and NetRTK via Mammotion iNavi. The 3000 is the mid US coverage tier, rated for 0.75 acre (3,000 m²) with 30-zone management on the official model guide.

Unlike the 1500, this SKU is sold with built-in 4G plus 3-year free 4G and iNavi Service™, and the PDP states lifetime free iNavi so NetRTK can run without installing a physical RTK base station. The packing-list asterisk that excludes the RTK kit applies only to 1500/1500H.

Who it’s for

Yards that sit between small-lot and full-acre machines — roughly up to 0.75 acre, with hills, trees, or multiple areas. Official AWD slope rating for the series is 80% (38.6°). It is the wrong listing if you only have ~0.37 acre (buy the 1500) or need 1.25 acres (step to the 5000).

Standout details

  • Coverage: 0.75 acre on the 3000 / 3000H. Distinct from the 0.37-acre 1500 and 1.25-acre 5000 on the same US PDP.
  • Navigation: Tri-Fusion — 360° × 59° LiDAR (up to 70 m range, 200,000 points/second on the series page), dual-camera AI vision, and NetRTK via iNavi (±0.4 in precision claimed for the Tri-Fusion system). No perimeter wire; no RTK antenna install required per PDP/FAQ.
  • Drive: AWD; published series slope 80% (38.6°).
  • Cut: 400 mm (15.7 in) dual cutting discs with two 165W motors. This listing locks Standard cutting height 1.0–2.7 in; High (H) is 2.2–4.0 in at the same cart price.
  • Zones: Official model guide — 30-zone management on the 3000 (15 on 1500; 50 on 5000).
  • Build: 41 lb, IPX6, noise ≤70 dB on the US product page. Fits passages as narrow as 70 cm (27.6 in) per series copy.
  • Connectivity: Built-in 4G with three years included; Mammotion’s FAQ says a subscription is required after that. Live streaming is advertised for yard monitoring.

Honest verdict

If your lawn is actually around 0.75 acre and has slopes or awkward layout, the 3000 is the coherent mid LUBA 3: AWD, LiDAR, and NetRTK without wire. If you are under ~0.4 acre, the 1500 is the size match; if you need more than three-quarters of an acre, the hard limit is the 0.75-acre rating — move to the 5000 or another acre-class machine. Budget for 4G after year three, and treat IPX6 as hose-washable, not submerged.
