What it is
The LUBA mini 2 AWD 1500H is the High Version of Mammotion’s LUBA mini 2 AWD, rated for 0.37 acre. It is a wire-free, four-wheel-drive robot mower that navigates with 360° LiDAR plus dual-camera AI vision. Mammotion’s product page headlines it “No Wire, No Antenna”. This listing is locked to US variant 51222244819242, SKU MTLA25LUM215HHNA, titled “LUBA mini 2 AWD 1500 | 0.37 acre / High Version 2.2”-4.0”“. It is not the Standard Version (SKU MTLA25LUM215HNA, 0.8–2.6 in cut, $1,999 and sold out on 27 Sep 2026), not the first-generation LUBA mini AWD, and not the LUBA 3 AWD.

Who it’s for
This suits a front or back lawn of about a third of an acre with slopes, ruts, or uneven ground where a rear-wheel-drive mower would spin. The published rating is 80%, which is the same figure Mammotion gives the larger LUBA 3 AWD. It also suits you if you’d rather not plan around an RTK reference station. Navigation is LiDAR + cameras only. The box contains the mower, an extra set of blades, the charging station and its power supply, with no RTK antenna and no boundary wire, so the only thing to site is the charging dock. You map the lawn in the Mammotion app, either by driving the mower around the edge or with auto-mapping.
The High Version is for lawns you keep at 2.2 inches or taller. If you cut shorter than that, this SKU cannot go there; you would need the Standard Version, which was sold out on this date. Skip it if the lawn is over 0.37 acre, or if you want a wide deck that finishes big open areas quickly: the main disc is 7.8 inches.
Standout details
- Coverage: 0.37 acre max lawn size. Up to 20 managed zones with paths between separate areas. Cloud backup holds up to 10 lawn maps, so one mower can be moved between properties.
- Navigation and setup: 360° LiDAR (200 ft range, 360° × 45° per the spec table) fused with dual-camera AI vision. No RTK station, antenna pole or perimeter wire. Partial remapping lets you redraw one edge without remapping the whole lawn. DropMow mows a spot once without saving a map. The page claims 300+ obstacle types are detected and says it works under trees and at night.
- Drive and slope: Four-wheel drive, 80% (38.6°) max climb.
- Cutting: 7.8-inch main disc plus a fixed 4.7-inch edge disc that, per the page, mows to about 2.1 inches from walls. Height 2.2–4.0 inches on this H version, set in the app. The page copy says it mows 27-inch narrow paths.
- Battery and runtime: 6.1 Ah, 150 min mowing and 150 min charging per the spec table. Adaptive recharge (it charges only enough to finish the job), low-temperature battery preheating, and off-peak charging are listed.
- Connected features: Built-in 4G with 3 years of free service, app remote control, and live video streaming of the yard.
- Build: 39.5 lbs (H version), IPX6, rain detection.
- Offer on this date: The page shows a free Mower Cleaning Stand ($79 value) with this variant. It did not appear in the cart after adding the mower, so confirm it at checkout.
Page conflicts (the spec table is used here):
- Area per charge: the table says 5,380 sq ft per charge. The overview copy says “up to 3,800 sq ft per charge”, which is the figure the same table gives the older LUBA mini AWD 1500. The FAQ says 0.12 acre (about 5,200 sq ft).
- LiDAR field of view: the table and FAQ say 360° × 45°. The overview says 360° × 49°.
- Cutting width: the overview says “12.5 in main and side cutting discs”, which is the 7.8-in main disc and the 4.7-in edge disc added together. The table lists them separately, and 7.8 in is used here.
- Noise: “<65 dB” appears only as a feature icon, not in the spec table, and it is not an exact figure, so
noiseDbis omitted. - Upcoming features: Auto LiveMap is marked as launching in “late-2026” in one place and “Q3 2026” in another. Straight-Line Adjustment is marked “late 2026”. Neither is counted as a shipping feature here.
- Stock label: the price block’s HTML contains a “Sold out” string. The High Version variant reports as available and was accepted into the cart. The Standard Version is the one marked out of stock.

Honest verdict
At $1,799 ($1,999 compare-at, which is also the Standard Version’s price), the 1500H gives a 0.37-acre hilly yard AWD, an 80% slope rating and LiDAR + vision mapping, with no antenna pole to site and no wire to bury. The directory’s LUBA 3 AWD 1500 has the same 0.37-acre and 80% ratings, but it was $2,399 (High Version) in the same store on 9 Oct 2026. For the extra $600 you get a 15.7-inch cut, a 9.4 Ah battery, 7,000 sq ft per charge and a 90-minute recharge. The mini 2 has a 7.8-inch main disc, 5,380 sq ft per charge and 150 minutes to recharge. Buy the mini 2 if the yard is small, sloped and kept at 2.2 inches or taller. Skip this High Version if you mow short, and skip the model if the lawn is over 0.37 acre.
